Classes and services offered by Conexão London Brasil are by prior appointment, with the time specified at the time of booking.
We ask that the student arrive on time, as any lateness will be deducted from the total duration of the appointment or class.

If the student does not show up at the scheduled time and does not notify at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be considered lost, with no right to rescheduling or refund.

Any service cancellation request must be submitted at least 15 days in advance, ensuring schedule rescheduling and optimal use of time for everyone involved.
